Dispute Module

The Laborite® Dispute resolution process module allows the HR or IR managers to track and monitor all labour disputes which have been referred to the CCMA, Bargaining Councils or Labour Court.

* Each module has been developed to take cognisance of the guidelines contained in labour legislation, as well as those guidelines handed down by our various labour tribunals and courts. As a result, in the event that a labour dispute is referred to one of the labour tribunals or courts, the organisation is able to show that its actions have been substantively and procedurally fair, thus limiting the risk of adverse awards and orders.
