Performance Review Module

The Laborite® Performance Review Module assists managers with individual Performance Reviews. It guides the user through:
• recording Key Performance Areas
• reviewing performance of each employee
• maintaining individual development paths for each employee through training

* Each module has been developed to take cognisance of the guidelines contained in labour legislation, as well as those guidelines handed down by our various labour tribunals and courts. As a result, in the event that a labour dispute is referred to one of the labour tribunals or courts, the organisation is able to show that its actions have been substantively and procedurally fair, thus limiting the risk of adverse awards and orders.
