The Laborite® Grievance Module assists managers in facilitating and resolving grievances. It guides the user through:
• recording the grievance
• investigating the grievance
• grievance process resolution
• recording the resolution or outcome

* Each module has been developed to take cognisance of the guidelines contained in labour legislation, as well as those guidelines handed down by our various labour tribunals and courts. As a result, in the event that a labour dispute is referred to one of the labour tribunals or courts, the organisation is able to show that its actions have been substantively and procedurally fair, thus limiting the risk of adverse awards and orders.
